Cornerstone Consulting was founded in 1986 to provide specialized talent management consulting services to medium to large organizations.

The initial focus of the firm, behavioral based Job Role Profiling, has evolved into a full range of integrated processes, activities, and programs to support activities such as Selection, Succession Management, Career Development, Performance Management, Learning Plans and Tactics, Mentoring and Integrated Talent Management Systems. 

Hi-Impact Mentoring® was created in response to an increased emphasis on mentoring as a cost effective and time efficient employee development tool. This initiative is a process beginning with an evaluation of the need for mentoring within an organization and culminating in the implementation and tracking of specific program modules appropriate for the client.

Drawing on its library of propriety content, Cornerstone can rapidly fashion and deploy an individualized program reflecting the business focus, culture, and values of the client organization.
